Kwaik Posted March 14, 2025 Share Posted March 14, 2025 I've been trying to find a glass half full scenario on Wortox (console player here, so the controls, you know) with his skill tree Was curious if there's any good interactions/synergy with the enlightened crown and his skill tree? Specifically with his soul decoy,s, soul pierces, or shadow reaper? I'd assume they're nos all across the board, and even if they did work you'd run into serious sanity issues. But figured maybe there was something I'm missing. I'd also assume there's no way to manage an offensive oriented Wortox build and to somehow end up with the nice inclination? Seems like late game once you have soul jars/inventory worked out that the naughty inclination doesn't do anything for you. Thanks so much! Dingle Posted March 15, 2025 Share Posted March 15, 2025 The solo Nice build is soul bastion 2, all teleport perks, overflowing greed, your affinity choice but probably lunar if you're using the crown, and soul decoy 3. Then you can use Nice to keep your sanity high for the crown. No real alternatives that are as good as this build, that I've found. In multiplayer you can get lifegiver 3 and reaching souls 1, instead. That's pretty much all I do for multiplayer Nice now. Yeah I'm trying to look and there's nothing to get excited about, the nice tree is just awful for solo play The best I could come up with soul bastion 1,all the teleport perks, and soul pierce 2 (but this doesn't get you the nice acclimation, just neutral) The soul decoy just seems like it doesn't function a fair amount of time, and I think soul piece does way more damage over time. Guess the tree isn't particularly organized for flexibility. Out of curiosity I assume the summoned gestalts doesn't trigger by any of Wortoxs shadow stuff right? Not sure on gestalts and shadow, I haven't done a combo of enlightened crown and shadow affinity before. Seems like it wouldn't make much sense due to needing to wear the cowl for the most reaper dps. Soul pierce is nice, but it only really fits in Naughty builds. Unless you want to do a Nice build without overflowing greed. In that case you could do soul pierce 2 and get soul jar still. I don't recommend this. Greed is way too good, on a Nice or Neutral build. There's not a lot of Wortox build options when you get down to it. Unless you don't mind your build kind of sucking. Then things open up a bit. I grew to like Nice for solo play, though. Its just that you have to get soul bastion 2 for it. You're kind of wasting some points just for Nice.
