If not, will this lead to the awkward situation where you can own duplicate skins of varying rarities (e.g. Heirloom elegant vs lower rarity skins)? 3. Will Proof of Purchase skins be demoted to Resurrected skins, or will their prestige be retained? Asking mostly because I like Proof of Purchase skins, as it is a catchy title and it feels super special getting multiples of those after spending hundreds of dollars on multiple pieces of merch, losing this exclusiveness would be a bit of a bummer.
