Does anyone here know up to date best practices for hosting a dedicated server with mods?

I have a "mod config" local host game on my windows PC where I can configure mods and then move the files to where they need to be on my linux DST dedicated server, but every time I add a mod or anything I end up spending far too much time just copy pasting mod folders everywhere in appdata\dontstarve\serverfiles and updating the dedicated server .lua file and it's just kinda complete shot in the dark. There is now a ugc_mods folder? With duplicate folder for the steamapps\workshop\content\322330 files in BOTH the master and the caves folder?

Idk if this doesn't make much sense that is kinda the point. If anyone here just knows the steps for doing this these days that would be awesome! Thank you! I feel like the answer to my question can be just 4-5 bullet points of files/folders to grab, and specific locations they need to be saved.

why are you coping mods folders into your game files? I don't really know Linux, but from my expirience you don't need to manually download the mods. Just download them in dedicated_server_mods_setup.lua and use freely. I had been manually pasting my mods folders into the mods in dedicated server only when I were to test my local mods, I don't think there's no simillar function on Linux for simply automatically downloading mods like on Windows, or just with dedicated_server_mods_setup.lua which is not that hard like you're doing.
