There's a problem with Wendy's talent balance, but I have a suggestion.

As of Game Update - "646898", Wendy's skill tree talents can be roughly divided into the following levels by usefulness (IMHO):

Tier S - Mourning Glory III.
Tier A - Lunar Sisterhood III.
Tier B - Team Spirit II + Team Spirit III.
Tier C - Mourning Glory II + Pipspook Quest III.
Tier D - Mourning Glory I + Grave Beautification + Picnic Casket.
Tier E - Gravestones By Wendy.
Tier F - Everything else.

Based on this Tier list, we can assume that most players playing for Wendy will take them, especially solo.
Talents: potions/sisturn/shadow and Vengeful Ghost - not so significant that you should sacrifice talents to level them up.
Previously, a unique body craft for Wendy was introduced, which fit very well into the game, although it was extremely unbalanced.
At the moment, Mourning Glories are used exclusively for crafting and nothing else.

Possible new solutions:

1. Make Mourning Glories a usable item. For example, to restore health to ghosts from graves.
2. If the first point is fulfilled, then new talents can be created in the skill tree that improve the use of Mourning Glories.
3. Rework the unique body craft. For example, instead of transferring all damage from Wendy to Abigail, you can do the following - When receiving damage, Wendy redirects half to Abigail and vice versa. Or this body can be used by Wendy to attract ghosts. Or this body will allow Wendy to use Mourning Glories. Or this body will attract butterflies.
This craft adds great utility to dark petals and greatly colors Wendy.
4. Picnic Casket can be used to store petals/butterflies/Mourning Glories.
Also, this can take up a hand slot.
5. Make the choice between Moon and Shadow tangible and roughly equal in usefulness. For example: in one case, Abigail is strengthened, and in the other, Wendy. Or in one case, Abigail is strengthened, and in the other, the benefit of the crafted items.
This way, players will have a real strong choice.
6. In addition to regular butterflies, give Wendy the ability to revive Lunar butterflies.
Also, with a large number of Mourning Glories, you can craft a Lunar butterfly from a regular one.
7. Make dark petals more useful for crafting.
They can be used to decorate graves, which can affect the behavior of ghosts or the frequency of their appearance.
8. Regarding potions, I can only suggest a sleeping potion/warming potion/cooling potion. The last two potions can be combined into one, which will temporarily maintain the comfort level.

Wendy is a very gentle and spiritual character. Something from the above can definitely suit her.
