Gestalt Abby's survival ability urgently needs to be strengthened.

I really like a sentence mentioned in the DST 2023 roadmap: Our goal isn't to make the game easier, or even to make the game harder (overall). The goal is to make the game more interesting.

It was written before Wilson's refresh - the end of the character refresh, and also the prologue to the skill tree.

The time span for character refresh is too long, and some characters that are refreshed too early need to rely on skill trees to add fun. The game has entered a new stage, and characters need new abilities to deal with the new challenge after the rift. These are all the functions played by the skill tree.

Is Wendy's Skill Tree interesting? It wasn't until Wraith's Wrath that I began to feel this way. Of course, this is a good sign. The rest of the content is nothing more than reinforcement and does not involve any new mechanisms.

Since it's reinforcement, let's talk about reinforcement. Before the skill tree update, Wendy had absolute dominance over mobs, now she can indeed do better - with longer lasting elixirs, richer commands, and higher Vex. But these are just icing on the cake, and there hasn't been any fundamental change. Without these, she still does very well.

Those real problems, it seems that they have not been resolved. Most bosses still deal twice as much damage to Abigail as players; The impact damage caused by the Rook to Abigail is still 200.

Although Abby now has some planar defenses, it must be pointed out that most planar creatures deal physical damage along with planar damage, especially bosses. As Abby is not considered a planar entity, physical damage is often more lethal to her.

I don't mean to turn Abigail into an all-around warrior, but since I chose Gestalt Abby at the cost of giving up AOE, I have to consider the above issues. Even if it's just adding planar entity protection to Gestalt Abby or equating the damage it receives with that of the player?

Inthink the current state is good in the Abby will be hit if you arent drawing aggro, but  I think the distance from which she circles an enemy should be increased, so shes ess likely to be targeted by splash damage.

Without physical damage reduction, planar defense has not significant effect. Even if you have 9999 planar defense, spiders will still bite you with 20 health points.

Becoming a planar entity is good way to solve this,which can ensure a significant reduction when attacked by giant beasts, and it does not reduce much damage when facing small monsters

Wilson never got his rework; the character rework ended with Maxwell. Unless you want to take the "shave beard will net the corresponding beard hair according to stages" as such rework but even then it's a very small QoL perk than anything.
