Alchemist Wendy

Hi everyone!

I was so excited for the Wendy's ST but I confess I'm kind of disappointed with what I've seen so far.

When I began to play DST with my friends they told me to play with Wendy and I love her because it was eaiser to survive with Abigail and have feel like I could be useful to my veteran friends helping them with Abigail.

As the time progressed I began to learn more about the game and I realized that Wendy become less helpfull against late game bosses because Abigail will die faster. So when the beefalo updated arrived I was happy again because I could give more damage in bosses with Beefalos.

But, as long as loved playing with Wendy and Abigail, I kind felt like it was not engaging to do the Wendy's exclusive stuffs such as potions. And actually I think her potion could be more fun to make.

With the new skill tree she could get a potion craft station with "more challenging" potions to make with ingredients hard to get to make her late game more fun. Also a mini rework on her potions could be fun. She could create potions that gives boosts to the party, to abigail, or even fun thing that doenst help in combats.

 

The other part of the st is her ability to be character that plays more like a summoner. She could have more controls on Abigails. Like make Abigail more of a Warior with more controls. I like boosting her gestalt form damage but to have 5s cd and lose the AOE damage. I think we could have like less damage, but more abilities to make the fights more fun.

 

She does not need to be more powerful I think. She could get stuffs to make playing with her more engaging as a support character.

 

For reference: Kankuro is a puppeter controler in Naruto and Alchemist Arme from Grand Chase if another character that gives buffs and shields to the team but can also throw some bombs as a form of damage.

But I trust the creativity process of Klei, as they've been doing amazing works since forever.
