(Walter) [SUGGESTION] "Near Miss" Mechanic

Hi, so I have another suggestion on a possible walter's skill perk - that is a "Near Miss" mechanic.

Basically what it does is rewarding a walter player for barely dodging an incoming attack a certain distance away by automatically using the ranged weapon/slingshot that he is currently equipping or in his inventory without using up the durability/ammo as well as not locking him in an attack animation. (Moreover if the held item is a boomerang, it will not bee needed to manually catch them).

This could fit well with Walter's "Don't get hit" playstyle as well as rewarding more-skilled players with a free damage if they so do choose to live dangerously.
