Some Structural Questions about Wendy's skill tree

Regardless of the actual Skills in Wendy's skill tree, I do have some questions about the tree itself.

1. Is it intentional that Wendy has no skill requirement for her alignment skills? Most survivors have a "Needs X skills unlocked" condition for their alignment skills, which Wendy doesn't seem to have.
2. Could you restructure the tree so the Grave skills & Dark petals skills are next to each other? They're clearly intended to synergize, using dark petals for the new crafts, yet they're on opposite ends of the skill trees. Most other survivors have them, so I don't know why the tree isn't grouped into
   1. Alignment
   2. Mourning: (Pipsook, Dark Petals, Graves)
   3. Abigail (Sisturn, Potions, Team Spirit)
