It also works with hot thermal stones. It will set its tail on fire. It IS gameplay wise indeed a great successor and a fun to play even for old Rayman 1 / Rayman's World people like me. The magician teensie is a fan of Mr Dark. I know they are supposed to be different, but it has got so many fans from the rayman fandom (at least during the time I still interacted with other Rayman fans via Deviantart) to headcanon the ORIGINAL rayman 1 magician as evil and a fan of Mr. Dark TOO (or have him change his appearance as a result of colloberation with Mr. Dark) that it's kind of become one of my feared cases of "sequel canon becoming so popular it influenced the fandom to replace the old canon with it" Not the fault of the Rayman team of course, but another reason why I dislike canon changes so so so so so much ^^ (I don't really like teensies in general, but that's because Rayman 2+ characters are so....boring to me design wise, compared to the Raypeople from Rayman 1. Maybe it's just because once again I adore what I grew up with as a child / teen and that's Rayman 1 / Rayman's world ) (and yes I have played the other Rayman games for PC and the mobile phone games too, even the educational Rayman games. But it turned out I only enjoyed every game based on the Rayman 1 world [besides the rabbit games, I can't stand the rabbits] and Rayman origins. But the lore changes makes me like Rayman origins+ games truly only gameplay wise. I am just trapped in endless nostalgia sticking to Rayman World being Rayman 1 world ^^ ) Mr. Dark is one of the few characters that I still love, despite design changes (and Rayman himself, obviously, though I still draw him like Rayman 1 style.) Oh no the new Betilla creeps me out so much (although she and her recolours look cool and I like their function in Rayman origins.) xD I adressed the design change some years ago by jokingly drawing Rayman 1 Betilla and Rayman Origins Betilla with reversed clothes.
