The cave biomes need improved

Besides the shadow riff enemies, the new content we got for the caves before the riffs was fat depth worms and the bridges.

 

Whilst the worm is cool, it feels like the caves are still the same. Most the biomes offer what the surface does better, and lack content. All the unique features of the caves are all in either the lunar grotto or mud biome. Besides being able to find bunnymen, the rest of the caves dont have much to offer. 

They said they will add more rewards to make the caves more rewarding, though i don't believe the new riff gear helps because it is post riff, and is obtained the same way as the other items.

 

In terms of suggestions, The large depth worms could spawn naturally in the swamps. New rewards will be added to these swamps since you will have to avoid these creatures.

New mobs in the caves since the only unique mobs outside of the two key biomes are rock lobsters and the cave spiders. Both of these have no unique drops, and the rock lobsters are more of a gimmick.

The rabbit king could have had cave interactions, and be with the bunnymen. Its impossible to spawn it in the caves though since bunny holes dont spawn in there. They should add bunny holes in the caves.

 

 

 

Looking at the new shadow riff enemies, i like them, but they dont add reasons to explore the caves.
