All Insight

Has anyone ever created a mod that allows for all insight perks and/or modifying insight threshold above 15?

For instance, on Wurt a lot of her abilities you can place down (like her structures) then switch to other skills and keep use of them. This can be accomplished with character swapping mid-game, but it feels pointless and I'd frankly rather just play with the whole tree.

If this could theoretically be extended to mutually exclusive perks that would be cool too, but less nessasary.

There are a couple on Steam Workshop. There's one called "Max Insight", but judging by the comments it apparently needs fixing after the latest update. There's also "Simple max insight" that's apparently still working. There's also "Configurable SkillTrees" which has alot of options like changing the max amount of Insights and removing some restrictions on which ones you can have at the same time.
