Ice Floe Turf

Hello everyone

I wonder if there any consol command for Don't Starve Together that can replace the turf inder cursor to turf "Ice Floe",

I also made a command that makes game announse the turh under cursor but I couldn't made more for replacing.

I know that Simple Map Editor can change turfs but I don't know how.
