Duplicant gun/tool upgrades at equipment workbench

not sure if this is planned for or not I thought that at the equipment workbench a dupe with the tinkering skill could upgrade the dupes gun/tool thing. The way this would work is you would go into the equipment workbench, then you would get menu similar to the triage cottage and you would select a dupe and then you get a new menu showing all the upgrade they can get. Eah supe would have 4 upgrade points that can be spent on upgrades, there would different types of upgrades such as speed, range or yield and the fist upgrade would need 1 skill point but the second in the tree would need 2 points. Each upgrade would need different materials. For example the tier 1 yield upgrade for digging would give 70% of back of the tile dug and would require 50kg of gold amalgam ore to make it and the tier 2 upgrade would give 90% of the tile dug and would need 40kg of 10kg of steel to make it.
