Map Editor/World Creator and workshop maps

Hello, as simple as the title says, is it possible to have a map editor or world builder where you can create a map of different sizes with different types of biomes and geysers all mixed together and adding all types of story traits to it, let's have a chance to see the community create their own maps and challenges, it's the only thing ONI miss in the workshop, community maps and scenarios.
