Adding action for mod

Hello everyone. 

I'm trying to make an action that will allow the player to perform the action "Copy key" after he takes the prefab "key_item" in the cursor slot and points it at another prefab "linked_key_item" in his inventory, after which the key "key_item" will disappear and another key "linked_key_item" will appear in inventory that will be able to open and close the same gates as "linked_key_item" that was originally in the inventory. The mod makes it so that you can bind keys to gates. That is, in other words, the action should allow you to copy these keys if the player has a key to the gate and a free key. 

I did try to make this and I have no idea how to do this. I watched tutorials but didn't understand anything. So I have component and scripts that helps it to work. But it don't. So here's my .zip file and I hope that you guys can give me some tips and more direct answers that may help me. 

(P.S. I feel like deleting 1 file will be okey, maybe I need only component('s) for this but I don't really know so yes)
