Once again, add a special suitcase for Winona

  Winona has so many exclusive items (check out the list below) that I had to use a bunding wrap all the time when playing Winona. Here are a few suggestions for adding a box of exclusive items for Winona, with some restrictions as a balance.

1. 9-compartment case, can only be placed in the goods column, can not be put into the backpack. Like the cowbell, a Winona can only carry one on her person.
2. 12-compartment case, which is a tool bag, needs to be carried by Winona. It can only be placed in the hand rail and needs to be placed on the ground when using it. 
3. 6 compartment case, this kit is too heavy, so slow down 10% when carrying one, 30% when carrying two, 60% when carrying three, and 99.9% when carrying four or more.(Beefalo riding is also subject to this deceleration)

Some better ideas: Rapid Deployment boxes

A 9-compartment box that can only hold two types of generators, conveyors, trebuchets, and spotlights, five types of deployable buildings. By right-clicking the box on the ground, the buildings inside can be deployed to the ground at the same time, and the position of the buildings will be the same as that inside the box (but not square, but round, if the generators is in the middle, it can power the other eight devices).
