"Problem" with placing structures after new update...

Recommended Posts

Hello, world of Klei Forum... I am USB, Mooser Master, the builder in DST... I came to the land of this forum to ask you about one problem which became a stumbling block on my way to achive not absolute, but a beauty... Case is that with new Klei's update I can't place structures (with geom. placement mod) so how it was before... For example, before update the wardrobe can be placed on the ground such that took only one "wall cell", but now it takes 3x3 "wall cells" anyway like on this screenshot...image.png.c644ba28a79ca3503792913f104a4bdd.png

...It looks like with new update the ph. sizes of some structures were changed what make GIANT problems for building... Now I can't place structures near walls placing firstly structure and wall after it what absolutely breaks my style of building... Like here (not best moment for photo, but it is all what I have now):1.png.03e01a2bce286824a068d2b5102d6bad.png

It is typical MAX-style building, building the houses only without roof... Like you can see there are windows which were made from wardrobe in old system of placing... Or these screenshot:2.png.ba993d5347f71489622f201abd118b6a.png

Like you can see, there are house with windows too which were made with magic box of Maxwell... Now I can't make it too because size of them are too big...

Don't know my art-trying deserves it or not... But I also want to ask you how to give a petition to Klei's community managers to have a chance that this problem might be solved, and I might continue... do what I do...-_- Thanks for your time and answers (if I get them)...

I've been experiencing this too. I LOVE to use structures like think tanks, festive tree planters, potter's wheels, sisturns etc at the edges/corners of fences, in the same complimentary way one would normally use a wall, and it seems like a lot of structures are now considered too big for this :(
