I’ve noticed there are lesser alinements:

gnaw/merms/crab king/crab minions: aquatic aligned 

evidence:aquatic mobs that have the same color magic

based on the the coins from the gorge and the gems socketed they both seem to be tied to gems

gnaw is tied to silver via the items of the gorge crab knights look like they have silver in there design 

the strident trident that comes for the crab king enhances the power power of the merms which are a species that come from the gnaw

most of the lunar/shadow alignments seem to really be just Wagstaff/Charlie alignments

Although lunar energy powering the unnatural portal seems to influence the moon key monkeys to worship the moon they seem more unnaturally aligned Also, Webber has been in contact with unnatural energy, so I hope part of his skill tree reflects that 
 

and hopefully more
