Change the Wurt Skill tree.

I hate the Wurt skill tree, I hate the water/wetness part, the mosquito part, and the Affinity part. I don't have a solution for the affinity, but I might for the other 2 parts. 
Remove the mosquito and water parts, but replace them with what? SAILING OF COURSE! 

At the lower bottom of this new part of the tree, you'll have a new skill called "claw paddling". letting you paddle with your hands.
The lower middle half of the skill tree will have the skill "Friend of the deep blue" making it easier for the player to catch ocean fish.
The upper middle of the skill tree would have "Sailing school" improving the speed at which you use buildings on boats. 
Then the lower top skill would have a NEW kind of merm! 
The skill called "Fishy Crew 1" lets you build a new Merm home that will spawn in the new ship crew Merm. costing 4 boards, 1 Pirate's Bandana, and 1 of any ocean fish. the new Merms would (of course have the Bandana on, but it would also have purple paint spots on it, with their body having red paint, their body paint would be a reference to the "Fishermerms" from DS SW, and their homes would look similar to the "Fishermerm's Hut") these New Ship Crew merms would have their loyalty timer triple when on a boat, if you fight something on a ship they will dive into the water to fight it. but it gets better... At the TOP "Fishy Crew 2" With this you can now command your Merm crew to boat actions, like, dropping/raising the anchor, raising/lowering the sales, or telling them to paddle the boat in whatever direction you want. you can even preemptively give them boat patches to fix any leaks in your boat, or EVEN TELL THEM TO USE THEMSELFS AS PLUGS FOR LEAKS IN YOUR BOAT! Lastly the "Sailings toolbox" lets you craft 3 new items. 1st the spotted Bandana, crafted with 1 Pirate's Bandana, 2 tentacle spots, and 1 sewing kit, which would be a better version of the standard bandana, 2nd the spotted sail paint, made with 1 tentacle spot & 1 Feather Pencil. you can use this on any sails to improve them, scaring away any would-be attackers, but it's not foolproof. lastly, we have the florp of water. (Joke of "pail of water") made with 2 boards, 1 cut stone, and 2 rope. this can be used by any player to grab water from the ocean to put out fires, it can also be given to the Ship crew Merms to do the same thing. 

These are just my ideas on how the Wurt skill tree can be improved, there is no doubt that there are some other good ideas I didn't think of so try and think of some your selves! thank you.

I made another post about Wurt’s affinities a few days ago, saying that Wurt should be a character WITHOUT an affinity, and simply have access to both mudslingers and Merm Forms, as it doesn’t really make sense for Wurt choose a path of Lunar or Shadow alignment, when she can just have both to empower the Merms. It’d be like drafting a whole race of people into one side of a war, without any of them knowing.

Regardless of how you feel about the skill tree overall, I don't think it is realistic to expect such drastic changes to the Wurt skill tree this far into the beta. You should temper your expectations and if you have feedback on the skill tree it should be focused on tweaks to existing skills not the removal of entire branches. Otherwise, I don't think your feedback has much chance of having an impact.
