Firecart
Why not make life a little harder? There's only the basic survival concerns of food and oxygen, why not add a little bit of hostile wildlife while you're at it? Anglo Fish - A carnivorous fish that only appears on ocean-like planetoids, with a glowing bulb for attracting prey. Hostile to dupes. Gravitas Construct - An old construct found in some Gravitas ruins, although it's programming has been corrupted with age. Hostile to dupes upon activation. Rockclaw - A morph of the pokeshell that eats rock and produces diamonds. Unlike most pokeshell morphs, rockclaws are always hostile to dupes, unless they are babies. Neptune Dupetrap - A carnivorous plant that acts similar to the saturn crittertrap, but the neptune dupetrap can trap and kill duplicants. Trapped duplicants have a certain timeframe to be rescued before they are killed. Henlikuoth
I have nothing against more challenging features in the game. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/157023-hostile-fauna/#findComment-1724388 Share on other sites
SourSkittlezzz7
I very much agree but proper balancing would have to take place. This game, like you mention, doesn't really have many threats past obvious ones such as absic survival, so it would add an entire new element to the game.
