So, when Waterlogged was released, on stream Klei showed us these cute water lily creatures, that were supposed to appear here, but ultimately Klei run out of time and they didn't. Now with the ocean qql it's the perfect time to add them! They would make the waterlogged biome even better than it currently is.

They could appear in shallow Waters too. It makes the ocean look ominous.

Agreed. Even if they don't do anything useful. A bit of extra life in the ocean is always neat.

If they get added i wanna suggest they drop beeswax with a semi rare chance, lily pads are quite waxy (even though it's not beeswax). Or maybe they can have the hamlet lotus as their flower and drop.

They could spawn arround the swamp and, by changing the world generation,  in a big body of water inside the biome

Or add a body of water to the mandrake forest and add this fellas... that forest needs to feel magical
