Is it possible to change the approach by giving Murlocs a temporary buff with a limit on the number of recipients? Shadow Murloc Horn: Made from one bullhorn, ten kelp, and one Shadow Heart Chamber, it can be used ten times. When used, it grants up to 10 Murlocs around the Murloc Hatchling a 10% increase in attack power (15% for Moon Faction), 5 dimension defense, and the Murloc Hatchling 15% (20%), lasting for 5 minutes.
