Changing Toadstool

So since everyone since everyone is talking about crab king i thought it would be a really bad time to talk about any of the other bosses since they aren't the focus of anyone's attention which is why I'm talking about toadstool 
ahem

Toadstool is a fight most people really dont look forward to fighting which I think is tied to 3 factors 
Toadstool's massive healthbar
Sporecaps
The Loottm 

Now Toadstool's devious health bar has been made fun of for a very long time so I don't want to talk about this for too long but nerfing toadstool down to 30k will keep him firmly in the raid-boss category of bosses while speeding up the fight considerably and while toad should still be a tank he shouldn't be complete misery 

Sporecaps, I believe to be mostly fine as they give you a small break in the combat to heal, grab more gear and the speed boost they give toad allow you to position toadstool where you want him but, I still believe that they just need a smidge of tuning mostly in how they can be destroyed.

now a majority of players from what ive seen just use weather pains and while thats fine making sporecaps burn in 25-30 seconds instead of 50 like normal trees would (burning the sporecaps is already a viable option but making them burn quicker would make it a more appealing option in my opinion.) there is also just making them faster to chop like 5-8 axe swings to take down but the glass axe already chops them in 4 swings which is fast enough honestly.

Now the loot is mostly tied to mega-basing so the buffs id give any of items would keep that in mind

Funcaps
i have no idea how to improve funcaps
you have plenty of food by the time your fighting toadstool so the hunger reduction is more a convenience enhancer 
the best i got is making the hunger reduction 50% instead of 25% removing the whole faster spoilage thing and making it spoil in 10 days instead of 6

Mushlights and Glowcaps are both fine enough just increase the enlightened shards per Celestial Champion kill post rifts or something would do wonders for the shard economy

i havent talked about Misery Toadstool at all but other than making summoning Misery not require a wiki Misery shouldnt really be changed as he's supposed to be a complete pain of a fight and the napsacks have their use for shroom skin duping so they actually have something going for them (idk maybe increase napsack crafts from 4 to 10 or smth i dunno)
