Please make the chest expander blueprint not been obtained via RNG

For those unaware the bluprint for the super awesome new chest is obtain the excat same way you obtain the blueprints for W.A.R.B.I.S armor.

This just doesnt feel good, its not strange hammering 20, 50, 70 machines and not getting the blueprint, this just doesnt feel good.

This item been locked behind rng doesnt acomplish nothing but putting a random time lock in when i can use the item.

i love this game but sadly i dont have that much time to play it nowadays, and the feeling of playing the update on release and spend my only 2 free hours grinding for the chest expander just to not get it becuase rng, is actually detrimental to the experience.

There are plenty of ways to fix this, make it so the blueprints are guranteed if the player hammering them hasnt learn them, make the chest expander been a reward for scrappy pig only after rift. Any solution is fine as long as the obstacle to get this blueprints is the players ability to get to them and not rng.
