Bird feeder idea

Hi yall! Not sure if this was raised before or not, but I have an idea about bird feeder. 

Thing is... I tend to spend a lost of days in caves, almost 2 whole seasons. Above ground I have a lot of bird cages (I captured all bird types), and they all die when not fed for a long time... 

I was thinking maybe a bird feeder tray or something similar can be implemented in the game so the birds can feed without me having to feed them and so they don't die.

Just make them not die like in DS. There isnt a challenge behind birds dying just an annoyance and a miss opportunity to show case and collect them.

And before the users that always get triggered by these suggestions talk: it isnt a challenge because either you have a bundle with few birds for the eternity(my birds have like 4k days..) or you just trap a new one in few seconds with an ice staff

I would love a bird feeder, you place an automatic food dispenser and it feeds the birds.

That would actually be awesome. Still I think that only SEEDS should be accepted, and you have to come back to add more food. Kinda like maintaining a beefalo with a salt lick.
