Caged Birds and Feathers

**Disclaimer: I admittedly did not check the forums to see if this was already suggested**

Okay, so caging birds is dope. Essentially free eggs, yeah? But what about feathers?

Could we get a bird rework or new tool (tweezer maybe, or razors if a new tool is doing the most) that lets us pluck a feather every couple days? Or where they just fall every so often? Similar to collecting leafy meat from Lureplants or twigs from twiggy trees, respectively.

I think this would be a totally awesome QOL update for the future.
