What does it do?

When applied to a structure, statue, or dropped item, it is rendered indestructible and immune to being burned by any means except when hammered or deconstructed. When applied to a plantable, it is will be immune to fire, immune to wilting, immune to bring uprooted other than a shovel, and will no longer require fertilizer.

How to get it?

you need to craft a Permadimium Paste maker requiring 1x celestial crown, 1x bone armor, and 3x spark arks. You need to fuel the machine 720sec of fuel to produce 1x Permadimium Paste.

The true purpose of this concept: 

So Klei do not have to stress about balancing around megabasers in future content updates and can ease up on their freedom regarding design decisions. It is a solution that proves invaluable to people that want to preserve large builds in long term worlds while not having it effect every other player. Is it OP, yes! But at that point you pretty much have done everything and only care about aesthetics, it is a reward for sticking on to that world for many more years. I want to think of a simple and elegant solution to avoid back and forth with the community regarding things destroying their bases in future updates, so that Klei can focus and put more effort on the update itself.

Please share if there is better ways to avoid this controversy in future updates, I'm open to feedback and suggestions.

Does that mean there would be tons of grinding for people who are willing to stay on the same world? Sounds bad

You only need to make the machine once to get the ability to produce this stuff, and all it takes is 2 boards worth of fuel to get 1 paste. I'm assuming if you are making a massive build you would have more than enough mats to get loads of this stuff.

this doesn't really deal with any issues because if something destroys stuff without a counter it'll be unenjoyable even for people that don't make megabases, there's no need to make pillars useless and make eye crystalizer, fig trees, flingos and killing antlion less useful, just add a brightshade repellent and make things that prevent wildfires get unloaded at a bigger distance than everything else so something that started smoldering offscreen while you were leaving an area doesn't burn down because ice crystalizer became unloaded before the thing that started smoldering
