Both of those materials are kinda electric by nature, and are gotten in the same place as the thing you need to upgrade the spear, so would be nice to be able to repair the spear quicker with those. If it can has a way to repair itself before upgraded，it's acceptable for using an even more luxury formula to craft a lightingspear to me.
