Quacken-drill like item

Use it on the surface :

-Any other turf than marsh or sandy turf: Green Pond (frog pond)

-Marsh turf : Purple pond (mosquito pond)

-Sandy turf : Lava pond

Same thing in the caves but instead of green ponds it's blue ponds

If I imagine an item like that ever coming, it must be an item very hard to obtain because what I said sounds too op.

Getting a lava pond from it would be too op so i disagree with that, but looks ok.
