Armour mechanics should be changed.

Ok before you'll roast me I want to say that this is my personal thoughts but please correct me or give me few suggestions if I speak off tracks.

I think armour like log suit or football helmet should be nerfed but should stack on each other like in single player Don't Starve.

This would find a new use for the thelucite suit and maybe help the cooperative section of the game, people would have to help each other more to keep fighting.

But this would also bring the problems that they had before (things not dealing meaningful damage).

the planar pyramid scheme is trying to circumvent it, because besides some really specific equipment, you can deal with the entire boss roster with a football helmet and a log suit.

Wouldn't nerfing the armour more prevent it? To use the magic stuff you could do more damage in the cost of protection and more protection in the cost of damage.

Nerfing things for the sake of releasing new things that do the same thing as the other thing before the nerf is not very welcomed in games.

I'm not saying for the sake of releasing new things but about the overall balance of the game, can you please give me an example of the "same thing as the other thing before the nerf" please, I meant more use for more magic things on enemies more than like backpack, football helmet and hambat. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
