Need help with crafting character ("head") skins

Hello, please, I need your help.

I could disenchant some of my belongings and attempt to Weave a "head" skin I really want. The problem is that when I tried to do this last time (Salamander Wormwood), I couldn't weave him for some reason, even though the "Weave" option was active before I had the spools. Right now, the "Weave" option is also enabled, but I fear that when I unravel my items for enough spools, it won't let me weave them again.

Are there any rules for weaving those skins? If I want for example Snowfallen Woodie and Wolfgang, can I weave them? Or not? How does that work?

You can weave any skin that can be weaved.

There's a filter for showing only the weavable stuff, and there's a "Woven - " prefix right before an item's rarity. If you don't see what you want to weave it's not weavable, and last time I checked you can weave both the Snowfallen and Hallowed Nights skins, including Saladmander Wormwood.

Make sure you're not trying to weave Heirloom skins, those can only be bought on the steam market
