Dedicated Server Question: How do I install "all_clients_require_mod" mods?

Yesterday I spun up a server on Nodecraft, and so far, it's been going pretty darn well. However, I've noticed that things like "Epic Healthbar," "Camp Security," etc. cannot be installed on my server. Every time I try, it fails to pull the mod down I guess, and then crashes the server. It's only happening specifically with "all_clients_require_mod" mods.

I'd really like to get some of these installed if anyone has any suggestions on how to do so.

I'm very new to hosting DST servers (as in, yesterday was my first one), but I want to be able to get my friends a good setup.

Do you have crash logs? Have you followed this guide?, there is still a way to install the mod manually by uploading it, but there is quite a bit of work to do
