Bug caves after skill tree wormwood woodie and Wolfgang

When I enter in the caves, I'm not attached to the stairs but somewhere else not far away and I often find myself off the map, when I exit the caves after collecting the bulbs and reloading the miner's hat and the Lantern, Disappears collected items from caves and miner's hat and lantern aren't 100%, but at the same % as before as if I hadn't gone to the caves at all please fix this.
