Restoring 1/20 max health upon use, and an additional 1/8th over time? For characters with 150 max health, the change would be almost nothing, characters with a lower max would receive less, characters with a higher max would receive more, and it'd be the most effective way of restoring the health of powerful creatures, say for example you wanted to keep some treeguards healthy to help you deal with other threats. Fire Nettles only really need work because Wormwood doesn't benefit from their effect to stave off the cold of Winter and early Spring. Maybe a tea could be made similar to Forget-Me-Lots' sanity restoration, but instead maintains and increases temperature over time. Soothing Tea is fine, and Bindweed doesn't produce anything (maybe it should?), so I guess those don't need any attention, unless someone else has any interesting ideas.
