can anyone help me make a console paste mod?

this mod on steam: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2576514266 adds a fun time stop ability that requires this command "TheWorld.components.timestopper_world:DoTimeStop(15, ThePlayer)" to be pasted into the console, i tried making a simple mod that pastes that command into the console through the use of a hotkey, i am new to modding so i copied the TimeStopMod.zipmodinfo.lua and modmain.lua of the example character mod but when i launch a world with it the game crashes without giving any warning, can anyone help me?
