If brightshade armor is meant to buff the brightshade gear then its effects has to be stronger

After the last hotfix the armor got slightyly change now providing a dmg boost of 10 % and an aditional +5 plannar dmg to the bright sword, on top of this it also makes it so the projectiles from the brightsahde staff bounce more.

I like this idea, i do like it a lot, BUT, i dont think it was necesary to nerf the staff, before this hotfix the staff was okish been a complementary crowd control item, but now we are forced to occupy two of our slots in orther for the staff to be as powerfull as before.

My point being that what this hotfix did was to make the staff usable only when wearing the new armor instead of making the armor actually making the staff better, have all your equipment slots its an incredible downside already, i think its worth that at least if both pieces of the armor are worn the staff should deal 30 dmg per projectile.

And on the armor itself the problem still raises, its effects is practicly unnoticeable, anything less than a 20% dmg increase is barely noticeable not to mention the fact the sword and armor are virtually useless for characters with dmg multipliers. The armor could give a very high multiplier to plannar dmg at least.

At least make it so the armor allow said characters multiplier affect plannar dmg. Or make the armor give plannar defense to the player themselve.

Completely agree that armor is still underwhelming. In fact, in some situations it could be even worse now than before, because the armor gives a dmg boost only to the bright shade sword now (see spoiler), so some buffs are indeed needed.

As you can, the  brigthshade sword deals 8 damage more now to any creature , which is about 11%. Before the boost worked only against the nightmares, but it applied to any weapon in the game. So now the armour became even more situational, because you need the sword to make it somewhat reasonable.

I think that armor should give damage boost against creauters with any sword.

I would make it so each part of the armor gives +5 damage bost, but combined together it gives an additional +5/10 damage against mightmares.
