Some weight there a treadmille here and some kind of small bonus like what if a dub has lift weight he can lift more stuff if he as done cardio he run faster and all that for a short period of time. So you want to keep your bonus, you have to train every day. And if the room is well equip so you train faster. And you can add a new slot to the working shedule, Training time..
