Hello guys, I'm planning a mod character and really need help from you

After a longggggg time playing maxwell, although he has just been update but i'm a littile boring when play him. I want to create a new character suitable for me (kind of summoner). But after some guide from our forum about creating mod, i'm still confuse. So i really need help from experienced player in coding.

As not to waste time for you, i will describe my idea below.

Baro the Retired Necromancer

1. BIOGRAPHY :

Baro was famous necromancer of a secret group. But one day, he accidentally caused 5 other nercomancer's death during a magic test. After that, he was banished and stripped of some of his powers.

2. STAT :
Health : 100
Hunger : 150
Sanity : 200

3.  ABILITY
3.1. Passive ability
* Deal 75% damage (except Dark sword).
* Can eat Nightmare fuel to gain some health, hunger and sanity.
* Take 80% damage from Shadow monster.
* Gain 75% effect of food (both negative and postitive) except his favourite dishes - Tallbird fried egg - gain 110% effect.
* Gain sanity at night.
* Has his own magic staff consume Nightmare fuel, other one will lose sanity when trying to hold it.
* Run slowly because of his age
3.2. Active ability
* Evocation 
+ Summon a friendly Ghost from graves and skeleton. It will helping in combat and exist for a period of time before disappearing.
+ Pigman, Bunnyman and Fishman drop heart when die. Baro can use it to summon a "soul - version" help him in combat and jobbing.
+ Bosses drop heart when die. Baro can use it to summon a Ghost with more health.
+ Craft Nightmare fuel from health (he cannot spam crafting - eating to heal).
3.3. Staff
* Deal 20 damage each hit and cause panic (or slow) in a short time to normal mob.
* Can be recharge by Nightmare fuel.
* Require some sanity and health to cast spell.
* Provide moving speed.

I think images of this mod can take from core game (after a little bit color change).
