Mods not showing in-game even when I have them subscribed on Steam!

Guys I'm having an issue, my mods aren't showing up in game even though I am already subscribed to them in game. I have checked the file directory  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\dont_starve\mods" and yes there are no mods in it. I have tried uninstalling the game and re subscribing to them but non of the mods are getting added in the file directory through stream. I have also verified the game files. Anyone can help me why this is happening or any solution to this? I have added attachments of my mods subscribed on steam, in game page of the mods where they are not visible except 2 of them, the file directory to the mods, file directory to cached mods and a file directory to the workshop mods just for reference.
