Twitch reward issues

hello, a few days ago I had entered the DST and since I had a new reward involving Twitch (about the Flute), I entered my account, watched the lives that had drops activated and on Twitch it appeared that I could get the rewards

I entered the connection link that Twitch gives me to check the items that I can get (it marked that I could get all the items), but when I entered my game, it did not say that I had caught it, I even tried to change the Twitch account and review but even that didn't work

could someone tell me how to solve this problem? I had already redeemed an item before from Twitch and it worked well, but this one from Flute I can't
