Having issues with the autocompiler

I'm trying to make a character mod, following this tutorial. I've done everything right and it seems to be working up until I have to test the mod. Whenever I try and run the autocompiler, I get the message "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I've tried reinstalling mod tools and I still get the same error. This is my first time coding anything and I couldn't really understand how to fix it when I first looked it up.
