FMOD not generating .fsb files?

Im using FMOD designer and trying to make a custom voice for my character, but It only builds a .fev file, and DST needs a .fsb file as well. Every tutorial indicates a .fsb file should have been generated, but FMOD isn't generating one.

I was following this tutorial until FMOD refused to output an FSB file, which DST gets very angry at if I try to load without one. Anyone know how to make it work?

 

EDIT: Nevermind, I didnt properly turn the midi for the carol sound into a wav, so it got angry about the filetype not matching. Tutorial works great though!
