Some mods won't load?

I have the following problem, I've added the following lines

ServerModSetup("347079953")
ServerModSetup("1185229307")
ServerModSetup("378160973")
ServerModSetup("375859599")
ServerModSetup("356930882")
ServerModSetup("466732225")
ServerModSetup("397570433")
ServerModSetup("786556008")

but on boot, not all mods will be downloaded, to be exact these 3 will cause issues (no download folder will appear)

ServerModSetup("378160973")
ServerModSetup("375859599")

hence my modsettings are currently like this otherwise it's crashing on boot

What is the cause of this? The rest of the mods work just fine and were downloaded just fine.

 

The mods are btw. Mob Health, Epic Boss Bar und Global Pos
