Lazy Deserter changes and a new rain item.

Now that Wortox can teleport anywhere on the map as well, why not make this a Lazy deserter feature?
Players using lazy deserter should be able to teleport to other lazy deserters with the cost of a desert stone.

Also, now that Wickerbottom can summon rain, I think crab king can drop a new rain flute blueprint.
