Need help in modding a character

Hi,

I have problems with modding a custom character. I had the mod in the game but when it was enabled in game, the game would crash. What I did was basically copy a subscription from steam workshop. Basically copying someone's file that they made for other people to use it and enjoy. The reason I copied it was that I wanted to edit the stats and change the custom character a bit. During that I assume I did something wrong. Maybe in formatting or probably in how I change stats.

I want to be clear that I am not the guy who made this on my own. I didn't make it. Link to the original page with the mod below (Not me ok).
