Pleaes help! Mod Uploader erorr

Hi. I was going to check that my character mode is working perfectly and start the workshop through the mode uploader. But it didn't work out. I wasted about two days on this. I'm about to go mad. I don't know why the mode uploader wants to erase the files on my C drive.

I skipped the log because it was too long to upload. The content is all about trying to delete files on my C drive. And I really don't know why, but after trying to upload, files except modmian and modinfo appear on drive C. I've uploaded about 5 modes to the workshop. There was certainly no problem before that. I want to know what's wrong with this.

I solved this in a very physical way. Mode uploaded from another computer. That is the only solution to this problem I know.

Try running mod tools as administrator.

Sadly, I've already tried that method. It didn't work out.
