Thanks to a quick google search - 

"You're going to need manually remove the mods from your game files to remove the corrupted remnants (this happens quite often).

-Turn off auto-subscribe, if you have it on (in-game).

With the game not running:-Unsubscribe from ALL mods, that are showing "workshop-xxxxxxx" for you, on the Steam Workshop page." (credits to drinkmetogrow on steam)

Now, going into more details...Go here: 

Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\322330

Here, as far as I know, are usually located the mods that don't show up in the normal mods folder. Unsubscribe from the corrupted mod and delete it from the files in the mentioned directory, I don't know if you need to launch the game after that but you can do that to be safe. After that you can try to subscribe to it again. 

(Hope it works, for you to be aware I never had that happen myself so I'm unsure whether or not it'll fix it, but it'll be good to try.)
