Mod's Not Downloading Properly

Hello

I played Don't Starve a long time ago, and want to get back into the game. However, a few of my favorite mods are having some issues.

The mods will be displayed as shown in the picture. and not work. Through trying to solve this, I have discovered that these mods will not download their folder into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Don't Starve Together\mods, and I believe this is the main problem. (They are all in the server mods section despite most being client mods aswell)

I have deleted the game, deleted the folder, deleted files, verified integrity, restarted pc, unsubscribed from all mods, repeated previous steps, but nothing I do seems to be able to download the mods correctly.

I previously was able to get some mods to work, and other not to, but halfway through my own troubleshooting now no mods at all will work.

Mods have been moved from that directory into Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/322330. Could you check to see if your user account has permissions to write to this folder and that no antivirus is blocking read or write access to this folder?

Okay so I found the folder, and I do see the Mod Id's in there (if I remember correctly)

How do I check this?

Asking again because I still do not know. how do I check to see if I don't have permission/it is being blocked?

This is system setup specific with your operating system and any antivirus or antimalware you may have installed. In general terms you should be able to inspect the folder with the operating system and check permissions there to see if your user has read and write access. For any security related software please consult with their creators to get information with regard to their software.

I made sure that my account and everything else should have full permissions in to read/write in that folder, and I don't have any antivirus at the moment.

It still doesn't seem to be working, I've gotten a select few mods to work, but there is still a long list of other that will refuse to load, and keep saying I need to update them even though updating them does nothing to solve the issue.

So I've turned off windows defender and allowed all permissions I can to Don't Starve Together, I do not think the file can't be read I just think my game is reading it incorrectly. Is there anywhere else I should post/ask to look for help?

I'm also having this issue, specifically with the "health info" mod. I've tried changing the permissions.
