Not receiving twitch drops.

I've had this quite a while and i usually wait to buy them in the points reward part.

But I'm always stuck with what to choose with my points and also having to wait for it to become available.

Basically I used to be able to receive drops but since the pandemic hit I was too busy to watch or even play DST much. However the seashell salt box i struggled to get and since then I haven't been able to get drops to go through. I have removed and re-linked my twitch, that was funny because it had said I linked it on Jan 1st 1970! And I am still not receiving this pretty fishing tin, I am active in chats but have even left streams running after I have been watching for 5+ hours in hopes that it will eventually work. The main reason I would love help is so I don't have to save my points for skins that will come later. (I am a huge fan of the sideshow skins but I prioritise skins that won't get reskinned on the community servers I play)

so, turns out i am a foolish duck! noticed I had a notification on twitch... no one told me I had to claim it via twitch XD

I've had it to where it never showed up in the title screen but as gifts in-game, so that could be a possibility.
