Cant Place Items After Crafting

It started when i couldnt place a fling-o down, then i tried placing a lamp post and it still wont let me. So i disabled the TAP mod and resumed my server, then i was able to place down a fling-o, but when i enabled the TAP mod again, i still cant place a lamp post...i can craft the items but it wont let me place it and it only shows this text (refer to photo below). And yes, even when i click on a spot on the ground, it still wont build/place down the thing.
